Research on Emission Trading Scheme covered in The Times

The Energy Competitiveness Unit’s first research paper “Reducing the impact of the ETS on UK Energy Bills” has been covered in The Times highlighting the potential for a ‘Decarbonisation Rebate’ to reduce bills for households and businesses.

The article analyses the potential £5.3bn - £7.3bn in savings that can be generated for consumers from this proposal by 2030, if it was implemented this year.
